Before becoming a trustee Juliette was manager of the Magenta studio for 12 years. Juliette has a strong belief in the value of art access to foster meaning, community and purpose in people lives.

Juliette trained as an occupational therapist working in mental health and later graduated from the NMIT Visual Art and Design Programme. She is also very active in the NZ Argentine Tango dance community and is a long time director of the NZ Tango Festival held annually in Wellington.

She is currently located in Wellington working in the film industry.

Lynne Kohen is a copywriter and marketer with a strong interest in visual arts and communication. Lynne trained as a primary school teacher before she left New Zealand on a 20-year OE in the USA and UK. There she worked as a motorsports reporter and journalist on the World Rally Championship circuit before transitioning into public relations and advertising where she specialised in consumer products.
